Take an hour just for you. Join our Mat Pilates for Parents class every Saturday from 12–1pm. This supportive, all-levels session focuses on building strength, improving posture, and easing tension. Perfect for busy parents looking to move, breathe, and reset for the week ahead. The class is run by our very own Miss Jess, a qualified Pilates instructor, and participants are asked to bring their own mat.
