Camp notes

We are so excited to welcome your wonderful performers and cannot wait for an amazing week ahead! Here are a few things to know before you arrive:

🥪 Packed Lunch & Snacks
Please send your child with a packed lunch, snacks, and a refillable water bottle to keep their energy up throughout the day. All food must be nut free, and please ensure any items that could be a choking hazard (such as grapes, sausages, and cherry tomatoes) are sliced before packing.

☀️ Lunch & Outdoor Time
We enjoy lunch together in our covered outdoor area and may head out to the shaded playground afterwards. Please make sure your child arrives with suncream already applied.

🚪 Drop Off & Pick Up
Please make your way to the glass doors on the side of the school where our team will be ready to welcome you and guide you through to the Norris Hall to meet your child's teacher. At the end of the day, children will be brought back to the glass doors for collection. Don't worry if you're unsure where to go — we'll have assistants there to help!

💊 Medical Needs
If your child carries an epipen or asthma inhaler, please make sure they have it with them each day and we will keep it safe throughout.

🎬 Friday Performance
Our end of week showcase takes place on Friday at 2:45pm and we would love for you to come along and watch! Please note we won't be filming the performances, but you are absolutely welcome to take your own photos and videos of your child.

We love sharing the fun! Follow us at @gravityperformingarts to catch clips and behind the scenes moments throughout the week. If you would prefer your child not to appear in any photos or videos, please let us know in advance and this will be fully respected.
